Not applicable yet: grpcio-tools (dev group) requires protobuf<7.0.0,>=6.33.5, so protobuf 7.x cannot resolve in this lockfile. uv lock --upgrade-package protobuf keeps 6.33.6 for that reason.

Worth noting for whenever it does unblock: the checked-in TRON gRPC modules (src/graphsenselib/ingest/tron/grpc/**/*_pb2.py) are pre-5.27 gencode — they still import google.protobuf.reflection and carry no runtime_version guard — so a protobuf 7 runtime needs those regenerated (make generate-tron-grpc-code) and verified, not just a lock bump.

Leaving this open as a tracker rather than closing it.
