- updated deps and dev tooling
- replaces uuid with crypto.randomUUID (uuid v14 is pure ESM, so some effort would be required to update, and we use a single call from that package)
- added temporary typescript version override for gravity tsconfig (until it would be updated with typescript 6 support)
