feat(panel): 页面交接提示新增「跳转回到助手页面」 - #10

页面交接提示里新增第一个动作「跳转回到助手页面」：保持助手绑定不变，把用户前台标签页切回助手所在页面（跨窗口时先聚焦该窗口），状态随即回到 following。只在 handoff 状态出现，携带面板看到的 revision，过期点击失败关闭；受控页已关闭时转入 lost。同时按主体重命名三个选项：助手留在原页面 / 助手跟随当前页面 / 助手留在原页面并不再询问。

除原有的「留在原页面」「跟随当前页面」外，用户有时想直接回到助手所在的页面：原提示没有这个动作，也没有写清主体，容易混淆。按《分支与合入流程》，功能先在
omdsh-dev/dsh-browser承载分支开发，再随本 PR 同步回main并在main上定稿 changelog。改动内容 / Changes
