Launch OpenCode Bridge for Copilot Chat v1.0.0 as the new Marketplace identity

Restore Marketplace publishing using the existingVSCE_PATrepository secret while continuing GitHub VSIX releases.Remove the temporary GitHub update notifier and update branding, installation, release, and migration documentation. Users should disable or uninstall the previous extension and sign in again in the new listing;
opencode.*settings retain their names. The major Changeset was applied withnpm run version, producing the 1.0.0 manifest and changelog; lockfile identity/version are synchronized.Validation:
npm run check(149 tests passed),npm run package,git diff --check, and inspection of the packaged VSIX identity/version and absence of removed update/import code.
