Refresh the FAQ and contact pages - #16

Group the FAQ by topic and add questions from the latest product changes: APN, power per sensor, the Grillo Field iPhone app, Grillo One not sending data, hidden Pulse lights, older Grillo One firmware, Slide re-survey and alerts. The contact page now points to the chat messenger on this site, lists account changes Grillo makes, and gives per-sensor details to include. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
