OpenClaw の Fly デプロイ設定（fly.toml / 設定テンプレート / 指示書 / 配布用スキル / render-config）は Toban 本体のコードに依存しておらず、MCP エンドポイントを呼ぶだけなので、 履歴ごと hackdays-io/openclaw-config に切り出した。 - pkgs/openclaw を削除し、ルートの `pnpm openclaw` エイリアスと lockfile の importer を外す - DEPLOYMENT.md §7: Toban 側の準備（7-0 MCP エンドポイント・トークン発行）は残し、 Fly へのデプロイ手順（旧 7-1〜7-5）は openclaw-config の DEPLOYMENT.md へ移設 - CLAUDE.md / pkgs/extensions/mcp/CLAUDE.md の参照を新レポジトリに向ける Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

pkgs/openclaw）を、履歴ごと別レポジトリ hackdays-io/openclaw-config に切り出しました。pkgs/openclawは Toban 本体のコードに依存しておらず、@toban/mcpWorker の MCP エンドポイントを呼ぶだけなので、モノレポに置く必要がありません。変更内容
pkgs/openclawを削除package.jsonのpnpm openclawエイリアスを削除pnpm-lock.yaml:pkgs/openclawの importer（15 行）だけを削除（他の依存解決は変えていません）DEPLOYMENT.md§7DEPLOYMENT.mdへ移設し、リンクに置き換えCLAUDE.md/pkgs/extensions/mcp/CLAUDE.md: 参照を新レポジトリに向けるopenclaw-config 側（push 済み）
git filter-repoでpkgs/openclawの履歴を保ったまま切り出しpnpm openclaw <script>→pnpm <script>に変更pnpm test（15 件）/pnpm typecheck/pnpm biome:checkは通過確認
