refactor: rename project to AI ThemeStore

[hackergene]

What changed

• renamed the public project and native macOS app to AI ThemeStore
• renamed the Swift package, module, executable, app bundle, and build artifacts
• removed the legacy edition label from documentation, theme metadata, UI, and images
• updated README links for the new hackergene/AI-ThemeStore repository URL
• added a regression check that rejects the retired public branding

Why

The open-source project now uses one concise product name everywhere, including the GitHub repository, app display name, documentation, and campaign artwork.

• ./scripts/build-release.sh
• verified the renamed app signature, executable, bundle identifier, ZIP listing, and SHA-256
• inspected both public images at original resolution
