What this gives readers of this list

Many Codex users also run Claude Code, and a common pain is the handoff: when Codex hits its usage limit, or gets stuck on a bug, moving the task to the other agent means pasting the history and re-explaining everything.

ccx is a Codex plugin (and Claude Code plugin) that removes that step:

  • Links a Codex thread with a Claude Code session and keeps them in sync both ways: messages, tool calls, plans and git status.
  • A prompt hook adds only the other side's new progress to your next message, so nothing is sent twice and no tokens are wasted.
  • One click from a macOS menu bar icon, or a slash command, to continue in the other app. Switching back brings the other side's work with you.
  • Reads Codex only through its own app-server API. Local only: no account, server or telemetry. MIT.

Change

One line under Related Projects. It's listed there rather than under Community Plugins because the plugin sits in a subfolder of a larger repo and installs through its own script; happy to move it if you'd prefer the plugin catalog.

The latest sweep did not establish a centralized score, and the linked repository keeps its Codex manifest under plugins/ccx/.codex-plugin/plugin.json rather than at the listed repository root. Please point the listing to the installable plugin directory or provide the required manifest at the listed entry point, then rerun the catalog scan so it can establish a score of at least 80 before merge.

Thanks @zerocodefast, good catch. I've pointed the listing at the plugin directory, https://github.com/AaronWong1999/ccx/tree/main/plugins/ccx, which is where .codex-plugin/plugin.json lives (45282d9). Could you rerun the catalog scan when you get a chance? Happy to fix anything it flags.

For reference, a local run of plugin-scanner 3.55.1 on plugins/ccx at current main gives 84/100 (B - Good): 0 critical, 0 high, 0 medium findings.

Thanks for updating the listing to the plugins/ccx directory. The current catalog run still skipped its centralized scan, so the local 84/100 score does not establish the required catalog score; please arrange a centralized scan for that nested plugin directory and request re-review once the score is at least 80.

The current sweep reports no new Community Plugins entry and skipped the centralized scan for this Codex listing, so its score is unestablished and it remains blocked under the 80-point gate. Please request a centralized scan for this entry; I will re-review once its score is available.
