Adds one alphabetically ordered README entry for Bindry, using its standalone Codex distribution branch: https://github.com/bindryai/Plugins/tree/codex-distribution.
The plugin compiles public or workspace Binders into pinned agent skills, checks instruction drift, and optionally connects to Bindry MCP for live mode. Public Binder compilation works without an account; private content and live mode require a Bindry account and workspace API key. It requires local execution with Node.js.
The source bundle includes the root .codex-plugin/plugin.json, an existing Bindry SVG icon, SECURITY.md, MIT LICENSE, README, and the three skills with their scripts. No generated catalog files or plugin bundles are changed in this PR.
Validation: the repository alphabetical check passes against origin/main; plugin validation, 44 plugin-script tests and 112 CLI tests pass in the source repository; the standalone bundle compiled the brand-guidelines fixture into two skills. The catalog-owned centralized scanner result remains authoritative and is pending this submission.
