EditMode: NativeCliInstaller progress order and ToolSkillSynchronizer flat-directory detection fail on v3-beta #2001

Both failures are stale on current v3-beta. The NativeCliInstaller progress-order failure was fixed by #1999 (ba356b2): the test now applies the same POSIX single-quote escaping as the login-shell-wrapped ManualCommand. The ToolSkillSynchronizer flat-directory failure was fixed by #2023 (3301695): the test's target directory moved from .cursor (intentionally dropped as a skill target by #1983) to .claude. Re-ran the repro command from this issue on current v3-beta HEAD: TestCount 2, FailedCount 0. Closing.
