• Point the dispatcher pin at the published dispatcher-v3.0.1 release so fresh installs receive the version that fixes interactive uloop -v (fix: show the dispatcher version for interactive uloop -v inside V2 and V3 projects #2467).

User Impact

• Before: install.sh, install.ps1, and the Unity Install CLI button resolve the dispatcher from Packages/src/project-runner-pin.json, which still named dispatcher-v3.0.0, so new installs would get 3.0.0 and only reach 3.0.1 through the daily self-update.
• After: fresh installs receive dispatcher 3.0.1 directly.

Changes

• dispatcherReleaseTag dispatcher-v3.0.0 → dispatcher-v3.0.1 and the regenerated dispatcherArchiveManifest, stamped by go run ./cmd/stamp-dispatcher-pin --tag dispatcher-v3.0.1 after it verified the release attestations.
• .uloop/project-runner-pin.json mirrored byte-identically.
• minimumDispatcherVersion intentionally unchanged (3.0.0 dispatchers keep working).
