Summary

• The generated .claude and .agents copies of the pause-point troubleshooting reference now match their source, so agents read the current wording about where the Debug switch goes back to on an Editor restart.

Why

#3237 reworded Packages/src/Editor/CliOnlyTools~/PausePoint/Skill/references/troubleshooting.md but did not regenerate its copies; the last change to .claude/skills/uloop-pause-point/references/troubleshooting.md is from #3224, before that rewording.

Verification

• uloop skills install --claude --agents changes only these two files.
• diff <source> .claude/skills/uloop-pause-point/references/troubleshooting.md and diff <source> .agents/skills/uloop-pause-point/references/troubleshooting.md are both empty.
