I'm Haydn, a PhD student at Penn working with Jacob Gardner and Mark Yatskar. I mainly work on LLMs for biomedical science: agents over scientific literature, getting language models to understand molecular structure, deep research systems, and so on. When I have time, which is approximately never, I like to play around with distributed training, LLM inference, and burning B200s. The JAX stint was a temporary mania.
