Architectural change approved by the user: keep
owner-fullas the default execution authority and remove Bubblewrap plus the entire Direct Coding sandbox abstraction. Direct Coding should use CPTR's native host subprocess/PTY path inside the selected workspace. This PR starts with a regression contract that is expected to fail while the sandbox implementation/config remains, then removes the runtime, installer, compatibility, verification, test, and documentation surfaces end-to-end.
Invariant preserved: Heidi remains a tool-only MCP connector; no MCP resources capability or
ui.resourceUriis introduced.
