Review builtins with Anthropic Opus 5, Fable or later and OpenAI Sol, Astra or later models

So far I have been doing some of the most commonly used, or most commonly referenced docs by analytics, and Opus 5/Fable and Astra models have found issues in pretty much every doc and test file they have looked at.

I think following are already done:
