This website reads spatial data mapped to X-Y coordinates for 2D and X-Y-Z coordinates for 3D along with their associated cell types and generates cell-cell distance distribution visualizations for analyses. Visualizations can be embedded websites. Format and upload data as a Cell Type Table in the Create Visualization page and explore results in the Visualization App.
