What

Two additions to the README:

• Table of contents, under the screenshots, linking to every section (the earlier rewrite dropped it).
• Team section, above Support: each member's full name, student ID and main contribution.

Notes

• The contributions summarise each member's main merged work, taken from the repository history (commits and the areas they touched), so please check that you are happy with your own line.
• Celine Xu's commits appear under the GitHub name Emuhodo, so the table shows both. Martin's commits appear under two author names that are the same person.
• Student IDs and full names are as given by the team.
