Make the installation path usable for standalone Node applications, libraries, and websites using either npm or pnpm. Separate the basic weekly-security/manual-upgrades setup from the weekly-security/quarterly-upgrades shared defaults, and show complete local validation and caller setup. Consolidate scheduling, inheritance, maintenance behavior, and migration guidance in their reference pages. Correct omitted-list semantics, remove stale installation-specific notes, and move the existing shared-schedule example check to the scheduling guide. Runtime behavior, workflow permissions, and policy defaults are unchanged. Validation: 1,026 public tests; Ruff lint and format; runtime type checks; 44 local links and anchors; 15 parsed JSON/YAML examples; and npm/pnpm basic/shared preflight examples with modeled installed tool versions.
