Adds a "See it work" section to both READMEs with six real screenshots from one end-to-end run on the bundled synthetic radar demo: a rule-computed "below criterion" verdict in the trace table, the investigation question filled in from that row, live progress naming the file and line being read, the held answer with discriminating tests, per-hypothesis expected results (marked as AI suggestions), and the source line for 0.80.
The status note gains one line: a real model investigation on the synthetic demo ran end to end; answer quality has not been evaluated. The screens come from a development build, and the section says a few labels may differ from
main.Docs and images only. Checks:
