- Paint the last board from localStorage at once and show "Connecting to the board..." until the socket opens. - Record a non-PR decision by its card, not as a PR approval with #NaN. - Read an Options: list that ends the note; a new pick replaces the card's unanswered confirm. - The crew answer lists workers too; ask rows keep the options after a colon. - Bring pill cards, Up next cards and new confirm cards to the front. - "show all boards" opens the spread view. The base is fm/cf-genui-fleet, not main (stack PR #1087), so close #1085 by hand after the merge.

Tests:
bun test test/fleet.test.ts test/canvas.test.tsin apps/genui-web: 17 pass. The 1 fail is the genui-server contract test, which times out here without a live server.Screenshots, first paint (E01):
