What changed

• added GATEWAY_CONTROLS_ENABLED, defaulting on locally and off in Render
• disabled /workers/{index}/control with a 403 when public controls are off
• rendered the dashboard with disabled controls when the gateway flag is false
• expanded smoke checks across /health, /predict, /metrics, /workers, and /dashboard
• added hosted demo docs for applying the Render Blueprint and validating a live gateway URL
