What changed

• added a small handwritten challenge evaluation for the text model
• checked in latest evaluation JSON and markdown output
• added a project report covering architecture, MPS training stats, benchmarks, routing comparison, failure replay, deployment status, and limitations
• added a model card and portfolio copy for GitHub/LinkedIn

Validation

• python training/evaluate_text_model.py
• python -m pytest -q
• python -m py_compile on gateway, worker, training, bench, scripts, and tests
• git diff --check

Notes

The hosted demo still depends on PR #6 and a Render account action, so this branch keeps the report honest about there not being a public URL yet.
