Description:
Replaced the duplicated Composer security advisory exclusions in
bin/ci/test.shwith the shared configuration script fromibexa/ci-scripts.This keeps advisory exclusions centralized and prevents the Docker CI configuration from becoming outdated.
For QA:
Verify that the Docker CI test builds complete successfully for supported PHP versions, including PHP 7.4 and 8.0.
