PR template is handled on org-level via `ibexa/.github/` repository.
symfony/recipes#1529 changed the front controller generated by the symfony/framework-bundle recipe to use a static closure, which made the hardcoded patch in the Symfony Cache setup scenario fail to apply. Updated the context line to match, in line with the 5.0 and 6.0 branches. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
