A real-estate management platform giving landlords, property managers and tenants one place to run properties, leases, payments, maintenance requests and analytics. A NestJS API and a Next.js 15 App Router front end share Zod schemas and types across one monorepo, backed by Postgres via TypeORM, Redis caching, Bull background queues, Socket.io real-time updates, S3-compatible storage (MinIO locally) and MJML transactional email.

The template I reach for when a SaaS needs to exist by next month. Multi-tenant isolation with per-tenant branding and feature flags, TOTP 2FA with backup codes, Argon2 + JWT sessions with device tracking, hierarchical RBAC, Stripe subscriptions and usage-based billing, MJML email across four providers, and pluggable S3/GCS storage.
