*Brief Guide:

- Run MATLAB 
- Select the "isse" folder as the current folder
- Type "isse" in the command window
- When the Apply button is pushed, an excel file named "acct" will be added to the folder. Close it before later runs of the code.
- Definition of Cut-off frequency, number of header lines, time step and unit in necessary, whatever format of input motion is used.

*Do not delete the contents in the folder (6 files):
