Supervisor seems to consume 90% of CPU sometimes

Maybe the CPU check tells how much the CPU where the node is running is used, and not how much % of CPU the node is using. To Be Investigated.

For the Supervisor this is expected since it is the node checking overall resources consumption.
To be investigated: probably there is a memory leak or something similar in the orchestrator because the consumption is unexpectedly high and growing monotonically
