Closing. This is a one-line lint change (ruff B904), and "from None" also drops the original cause from the traceback, which makes failures slightly harder to debug. Same note as #2: if ruff gets wired into CI, we can revisit it. |

Adds 'from None' to the SystemExit raised on SourcesError (ruff B904) so the output is the clean refusal message instead of a chained traceback.
