Core #52 added TLS_HANDSHAKE_TIMEOUT, an optional ECDSA certificate pair, TLS 1.2 as the minimum, a P-256 test certificate, a session resumption test and a stunnel PSK sample. This updates the guide to match and lists what is still open in core. make commit-check passes.
