Editing-Pack now provides browsable source, setup documentation and synthetic examples in place of the legacy ZIP distribution. Jobs and installed dependencies live outside the toolkit; no personal/client projects, footage, private approvals or Caelis history are included.
Includes the handbook and operating instructions, production contracts, owned editing/caption/graphics/quality engines, workbench, explicit runtime configuration, selected MIT/CC BY 4.0 licenses, third-party notices and Windows CI.
Validation: fresh Windows x64/Python 3.11.9 setup; 184 core checks / 213 with graphics, no skips. Synthetic encoded decode/repeat checks and missing-authority refusals pass; optional browser drafts pass with Chrome Headless Shell 152.0.7977.30. Final source/privacy/link checks and Gitleaks report no findings. GitHub CI must pass before merge.
Limits: live WhisperX/models, paid API execution, native editor workflows and other platforms remain unverified. Synthetic tests do not grant video publication approval. The old ZIP was removed from reachable history separately; its old-commit URL remains accessible, and this PR does not claim to purge it.
