Automatically archive the latest green main commit in Xcode Cloud and make it available to the internal Early Testers group. Reuse the macOS tip gate (CI, Apple Validation, Server Tests, applicable CLI Build, and CodeQL actions analysis); wake on CI completion and retry hourly.
Pin archives with immutable source tags, verify the cloud source/app/platform, resume existing runs, and avoid duplicate distribution. Upload exact-run symbols to Sentry. The publisher has no external-group or beta-review submission path; later external distribution remains a separate human decision.
Validation: focused publisher and workflow-policy tests, existing Python gate tests, actionlint, and a successful hosted read-only Apple credential preflight. Dedicated Xcode Cloud workflow created and read back; live archive/distribution verification follows activation.
