New Xcode Cloud runs can temporarily return empty source metadata, and Apple rejects its documented beta-group build filter for some builds. Wait for source resolution, require the exact SHA at completion, and read membership through paginated group-to-build relationships.
Record a native GitHub commit-status receipt only after symbol upload and internal audience readback. This distinguishes native all-build availability from a completed publication and avoids hourly repeat uploads; archives older than 84 days are refreshed before TestFlight expiry. Run the pinned Sentry tool outside the Bun workspace so npm does not parse Bun-specific overrides.
Validation: 19 focused publisher/workflow tests, Python gate tests, actionlint, and live exact-source archive1326 with internal-only TestFlight readback. Hosted validation run36697346903 completed exact-run symbol processing and verified internal-only access; repeat validation reuses the same build and the trusted GitHub Actions receipt. Final workflow permits only trusted main; temporary owned-branch validation entry points are absent from the final diff.
