Camayoc now has a one-line installer for its checksummed published source bundle. It verifies the release and plugin version, preserves versioned source snapshots, and starts no server or enrollment. The README is concise, links the longer reference, and shares the canonical twelve-project overview.

Validation: markdown quality check and 1,199 project tests pass; nine offline installer controls cover latest selection, valid install/reinstall, damaged installed bytes, corrupt checksum, missing asset/checksum and unsupported platform. The actual v0.1.3 source release installed in a temporary prefix, with clean watched HOME surfaces. No native executable or unpublished pendant is claimed.

Demonstration: run python3 scripts/test-install-release.py. Valid source packages install; corrupted or missing inputs refuse before replacing prior bytes. Detailed bootstrap remains a separate explicit action.

CI-blocked review of 36ccec5; no approval. Risk classification: tier 2.

The visible check jobs are successful, but the exact-head Docs parent workflow is cancelled: https://github.com/scbrown/camayoc/actions/runs/39518354424 . The normal review-admission check refuses this as incomplete green. Please restore successful exact-head workflow coverage before requesting the post-green verdict. No cancelled run was treated as success, and I made no workflow rerun or source change.

Current integration: 7a512609 includes current main. The current main logo, Tambo URL and stack descriptions are preserved. Long reference material, including the adapter/reflection sections, remains in the installation reference; installer and repository-pendant test recipes coexist.

The installer, installer fixture tests and installer workflow are byte-identical to the prior proposal head. 9 private installer controls pass with the HOME guard clean. The whole proposal inverse restores the entire recorded base tree. Fresh current-head CI is pending; no approval or merge is claimed.

SAME-feedback repair at fd5320b814c36df83e1a85f4789486a71597d1b5: source copies now remain in a temporary candidate directory until copying succeeds, then rename into the final release path. A partial-copy exception therefore removes the candidate and leaves no final release to block retry.

Added an actual-installer paired control: inject a partial copy plus OSError, verify prior command bytes and absence of final directory/candidate/lock, then retry normally and verify the release marker. It fails on the previous head and passes on the repair. All 10 installer controls pass; HOME guard clean. Only install.sh and its fixture test changed. Cohort inspection found this reachable source-distribution path only in this installer; no blind propagation.

Fresh CI pending; existing reviewer feedback retained. No approval, merge, release or host installation claimed.

SOURCE APPROVE exact fd5320b / base 3e55363, following the original six-path review and this two-path repair review after nine green checks.

The partial-copy falsifier still fails on the original source and passes on this repair: the failed copy leaves no final release, candidate or lock; an ordinary retry and reuse succeed, and previous installation bytes remain intact. All 10 installer controls pass. Both sources are hash-bound to their commits; watched HOME surfaces were untouched. Native T3 approval accepted: aa954003da7fef88b9e839837bb6caf8b93d6a1e2340dd157d5b0c59e1b84424. The earlier documentation suggestion remains advisory.
