The git provenance adapter now emits sha and in_repo from its existing git-record inputs. This supplies the shared commit metadata without changing commit identity or work-item ownership. The tests cover quoted repository names and commits with and without paths, and the ingress reference describes the fields.

Validation: just check and just test (1,294 tests passed), with RDFLib 7.6.0 and the existing CI dependencies. Guarded HOME surfaces remained unchanged.

Reproduce the source regression with python3 tests/test_ingest_git_provenance.py. The paired control covered ordinary/quoted repository names, empty/nonempty paths and empty/nonempty item links. This is a fixture transcript; no public recording was uploaded.

Historical stored-data repair and restoring required-field rejection remain separate acceptance steps. Rollback is a normal source revert of these three paths.
