Chaski currently runs from copied source files and has no installable release. This adds a Python 3.10-compatible wheel and console command, a local emitter/outbox/JSONL round-trip verifier, contributor and mdBook documentation, Pages publication, and a checksummed tag release workflow restricted to reviewed main commits.

Validation: 108 tests and 14 subtests pass on Python 3.10; lint and mdBook build pass. Fresh wheel installs on Python 3.10 and 3.14 and an isolated pipx install prove module imports, version, event delivery and reader-path observation. The native CABOODLE adapter also passes against the installed candidate wheel. Wheel rebuilds with the fixed source epoch are byte-identical.

Release publication remains after independent source review, complete CI and merge. The initial candidate wheel SHA-256 is 33641ad6b41cb0dde09b0661a24de1d776077ceda1c815d43f1a2dffe960afd0. Companion CABOODLE and deployment changes remain held until published checksums and installed identity are verified. PyYAML is resolved from the package index; this artifact pin covers Chaski itself.

Closing this older proposal as superseded by #20 (installable packaging and installed canary proof), #21 (verified release lane), and #22 (v0.1.0), all merged. The published v0.1.0 release contains the wheel, sdist and checksums. Current main a79d279 retains that packaging and release lane.

The proposed mdBook/Pages and README standard remain outstanding follow-up work; this closure does not claim they shipped. Python >=3.11 is the delivered contract; the older Python3.10 proposal is not being adopted. This closes the superseded proposal without changing release or runtime state.
