Install the latest checksummed Shuttle wheel into its own versioned virtual environment with one command. Console links are published only after package/version/file checks; prior environments remain for rollback. The shorter README links the full workflow setup and the canonical twelve-project overview.

Validation: just check, 85 project tests and nine offline installer controls pass. The actual v0.4.0 wheel installed and reported its package version in a temporary prefix; watched HOME surfaces stayed clean. Installation enrolls no identity and runs no workflow.

Demonstration: python3 scripts/test-install-release.py installs a valid fixture wheel, then proves corrupt checksums, missing assets, unsupported platforms and damaged installed bytes cannot claim successful installation.

Current integration: 5a43583a includes current main. The current main logo/table, signing-policy and workflow reference material are preserved. README witness hashes were refreshed; one idea summary was narrowed to the shorter README wording. Wheel verification remains unchanged.

The installer, installer fixture tests and installer workflow are byte-identical to the prior proposal head. 13 private installer controls pass with the HOME guard clean. The whole proposal inverse restores the entire recorded base tree. Fresh current-head CI is pending; no approval or merge is claimed.
