The stack-table update changed README.md after the repository knowledge witnesses were recorded, causing the source controls to refuse the README. Refresh only the two README SHA-256 witness values to match the current file; all summaries, provenance fields and other records remain unchanged.
Validation: reproduced the source-witness failure, then passed 14 knowledge tests (two declared skips), 10 publication tests and three query tests with pinned dependencies. The HOME guard was clean. The whole-base inverse was verified. No runtime or publication-policy changes.
