Adds a short README guide to delivery events after stack installation, linking the shared Camayoc emitter catalog. It distinguishes supported adapters from enabled producers and measured DORA coverage; the existing stack copy stays byte-identical.
Updates both README source-witness records. Repository knowledge controls:10tests pass,1explicit native-artifact skip; HOME/resource guard clean. Documentation only; no installer, profile, dependency or release change.
Land after the Camayoc catalog guide is on main (intigraph/camayoc#168). This change does not enable emitters or certify event coverage.
