Readers currently go straight from the Tambo introduction to installation. Add a concise stack capability overview before install and a navigable guide for five audiences, with goals, example workflows, starting tools, optional additions and next links. Explain that the twelve-project roster differs from installation profiles and that indexing, policies, events and live views need their own setup. Correct the profile prose to include the existing Chaski member.
Preserve the canonical stack block and every existing README byte from Install onward, including quickstart, package/architecture and pending-publication caveats. Refresh only the two README witness hashes; summaries and all other manifest fields stay unchanged. No runtime/profile changes.
Validation: mdBook 0.5.4 build; 957 links checked with zero errors; stack-table controls 8 passed; repository-knowledge controls 9 passed/1 existing skip; doc-link controls 6 passed. Desktop and phone browser inspection verifies the overview and persona navigation, all twelve tools and a readable mobile column. HOME guard: 157 paths + 5 resources unchanged. Product-name check has a pre-existing failure in hook-bundles/yupana.json and tests/cli.rs, both byte-identical to base; no unrelated inventory repair included.
Demo: source-rendered README now explains capabilities before Install; the book sidebar opens Choose tools for your use case. Reproduce with mdbook build docs/book and open personas.html. Private still screenshots retained with the task packet; no public media upload or deployed-book claim. Base 6cf647f, demonstrated head e2d3a55.
