Parse and generate evc1 codec strings (MPEG-5 Part 1, ISO/IEC 23094-1): mandatory evc1.vprf<profile>.vlev<level> plus the optional toolset (vtoh/vtol hex), bit-depth (vbit), chroma (vcss), colour (vcpr/vtrc/vmac), full-range (vfrf), frame-packing (vfpq/vpci) and aspect (vsar) parameters. Profile and level (level_idc/10) are decoded; the optional parameters are validated and preserved verbatim for round-tripping. Format verified against paulhiggs/codec-string. Wired into codecInfoFactory via the evc prefix.

evc1(MPEG-5 Part 1 / ISO/IEC 23094-1) codec strings: mandatoryevc1.vprf<profile>.vlev<level>(e.g.evc1.vprf1.vlev51) plus the optional toolset/bit-depth/chroma/colour/aspect parameters. Profile and level (idc/10) decoded; optional params validated and preserved verbatim. Format verified against paulhiggs/codec-string. 24 tests; full suite 210 passing.feat:→ minor bump (0.6.0). This completes the LCEVC/APV/EVC batch.
