No Linux aarch64 wheels for imas-core

imas-core only ships Linux wheels for manylinux_2_28_x86_64 — there's no
aarch64/ARM64 Linux wheel, so installs fail on Linux ARM64.

Would it be possible to publish a manylinux_*_aarch64 wheel for imas-core, matching the
existing x86-64 build.
Happy to help test the aarch64 build if you don't have that hardware available.

This might not be related to your request, but imas-core is available on conda-forge for any platform.

@munechika-koyo Thanks for responding so fast! I didn't see that this was the case, but my true goal was to have IMAS-Python wheels as well, which depend on IMAS-core, sorry should've been clearer about this. I've now opened the respective issue in IMAS-python iterorganization/IMAS-Python#137

@TheodoreWolf you can give it a try with https://test.pypi.org/project/imas-core/5.7.2.dev2/. If you confirm these aarch64 wheels work for you then we can tag a new release 5.7.2.
