ci: track the embedded workspace for fastlane - #155

fastlane builds through Front Row.xcodeproj/project.xcworkspace, because its xcodeproj gem can't read project.xcproj. The workspace was ignored, so a fresh checkout had none. Only contents.xcworkspacedata is tracked; the rest of the workspace (Package.resolved, user data) stays ignored.

The release dry run (run) failed with
Workspace file not found at path '…/Front Row.xcodeproj/project.xcworkspace'. fastlane builds through the embedded workspace, because itsxcodeprojgem can't readproject.xcproj, and.gitignoreignored the wholeproject.xcworkspace/. The local test passed because Xcode had created the file. This tracks onlycontents.xcworkspacedata(the standardself:reference).Package.resolvedand the user data stay ignored.
