Summary

Full /update-medium sweep of the article series against MMCA.Common v1.221.0 (audit run wf_3640fe4c-d08: 107 agents, complete, 0 failed units; 610 drifted and 69 unverifiable claims found).

  • 51 of 53 articles re-verified and corrected from source read on 2026-10-02 (articles 12 and 46 were already current). Each article's trailing Notes ledger records this run's path:line evidence.
  • Structural rewrites: 27 (session logic in AuthSessionIssuer, family revoke only on IsReuseSignal), 30 (rate limiting in the RateLimiting partial, subject-first partition keys, lockout answers 429), 49 (compensation runs in one transaction; a returned failure is abandoned, now taught as a trade-off), 50 (section 16 at M4/I9, the AI boundary spans four packages, 32 types L0-L10).
  • Coverage, no new article: ADR-131 same-origin API proxy regrounds 25; ADR-130 regrounds 11; ADR-095 section in 36; ADR-125 section in 28 plus gate in 34; ADR-128 gate in 34; ADR-122 trade-off in 16; ADR-129 section in 5. ADR-126 and ADR-127 recorded as documented-rejection scope-outs. Every ADR 001-131 and every group G01-G28 has a cell or a recorded scope-out.
  • Numbers: v1.221.0, 22 packages, 131 ADRs (001-131), 141 fitness methods across 55 bases, Common runs 339; Common M 96.6% (317/328) / I 86.0%, ADC 96.9% / 86.0%, Store 97.5% / 83.4%. The original-snapshot framing is unchanged.
  • Mapping fixes: group cells use taxonomy IDs, not onboarding file numbers (34/35/40 G25, 22 G26, 36 G23, 42 G27); 48 drops section 31 so the FinOps scope-out holds; README ADR cells added for 5, 11, 16, 25, 28, 34, 36.
  • Titles: H1s for 13 and 16, subtitles for 04 and 23, card ADR labels for 17 (102) and 27 (097).
  • Unverifiable claims: each one was re-checked; the claim was kept if source could prove it, otherwise removed or narrowed (listed per article in the result files).

Verification

  • npm run build: 53 article cards, Dead cross-links: none.
  • Article bodies: no em or en dashes, no banned word, no stale FACTS numbers (Notes ledgers keep change history by design).
  • Line endings and non-ASCII sets match HEAD for every touched article.
  • flag-gate-diffs.ps1 -Repo Website: silent (no gates touched).

Medium copies

50 of 53 articles have a Medium url, so nearly every edited article now runs ahead of its Medium copy. Those copies stay readable and link back to the canonical site page. Re-pasting them is optional, and nothing was posted.
