- adc-specifications: BR-213 registration throttle answers 401 Auth.RegistrationRateLimitExceeded (ADR-029), not 429; the error table gets its own 401 row. The client IP is the browser's on both UI paths. - adc-specifications: UC-27 / scoring trigger answers 202 for a run already queued (the handler de-duplicates), not 409; a missing event answers 404. - ADR-029: Revision 2026-10-03 records the cache-outage decision: login protection fails open with a Warning log instead of answering 500.
