The repo had no CI. One job installs the tools mise.toml pins and runs `mise run check`, which docs/development.md names as what must pass before a change is done. .github/workflows/check.yml:main.jdx/mise-actioninstalls the toolsmise.tomlpins (uv, Go, golangci-lint, buf, the protoc plugins, node, pnpm).
