Software engineer in Los Angeles. I build AI systems people actually use, from agent platforms to inference runtimes, plus the tools I build them with.
Right now I'm a founding engineer on Fox's R&D team. Before that I was Fox's first AI Solutions Engineer, where I built an AI platform for executives on AWS Bedrock and ran the company's Cursor rollout.
Things I've built
- yi is my coding agent. It's written in Rust, it's fast and light (one 7 MB binary that starts in under 5 ms), it has strong opinions about how an agent should work, and it's built to be hacked on.
- grid shows coding agents where every definition lives, who really calls it, and which tests a change can reach, so they stop guessing.
- keep runs a 304B-parameter model on a single Mac by squeezing its experts down to about 2 bits per weight and running them on custom Metal kernels.
- RED4ext-macos and friends bring the Cyberpunk 2077 modding stack to Apple silicon.
