Give Toolkit chats free web search and page fetching with Parallel Search MCP. Search uses Fast mode, with no account or search API key needed.
Fresh installations without search credentials start with Parallel enabled. Saved toolkit selections, empty selections, workbench settings, native search preferences, and configured Exa/OpenAI credentials keep their behavior. Remove Parallel in the toolkit selector to disable it; Exa and its specialized research tools remain available.
In Artificial Analysis’s Search API benchmark, Parallel Fast scores 80.2% DeepSearchQA F1 versus Exa Auto’s 77.8%.
