- aria-usage: ARIA in HTML was republished as a W3C Recommendation on 11 August 2026, superseding the 15 April 2026 edition the source title named. Same URL, wrong date. - webmcp: the MCP Tools citation was pinned to the 2025-11-25 revision. Current is 2026-07-28, which every other MCP citation on the site already uses. This run's rotating citation spot-check turned up two sources whose titles no longer match what is at the other end of the URL.
accessibility/aria-usage.md— the source read "ARIA in HTML (W3C Recommendation, 15 April 2026)". W3C republished the document as a Recommendation on 11 August 2026, superseding that edition. The URL is unchanged and still resolves; only the date was wrong.Publication history confirms three 2026 Recommendations — 7 April, 15 April, 11 August. The body sentence "became a W3C Recommendation in April 2026" stays accurate (that is when it first reached REC) and is left alone, as is the 2026-07-31 changelog entry, which was correct on the day it was written.
