As a user, I want to establish one or more mock investment portfolios and compete in portfolio competitions with portfolios.

Description of work

The software should allow users to set up one or more portfolios, make mock deposits into a portfolio, make trades within a portfolio, and view risk metrics related to a portfolio. It should also allow for portfolios to be limited in certain ways for portfolio competitions.
