Epic

As a user, I want to predict important outcomes at different time intervals to predict the success of current and potential investments.

Description of work

The software should allow users to easily select between different predictive models, traditional and machine learning, and choose from common data features. Users should be able to run the selected model and read a report on the results, including several measures of accuracy.
